New to sport shooting

I just got into the rimfire thing. Cost is the primary motivator. I am looking for any tips to modify a 10/22.

10/22 has so many aftermarket parts that you could easily spend a $1000 on upgrades.

Most people get a hammer, and a hold open kit.

Do a search in the Rimfire section of the forum and you'll be reading for weeks.

10/22 is one of the best 22's in my eyes.

Tho, I'm personally starting to rehate how finicky rimfire is.
