new to the AR world

Get yourself a Sig. You know you want it.

That looks soooooo good. I really want a sig now lol

The great thing about ARs is that everything can be changed, many parts only require minimal tools and a few minutes. You could start with a cheapnasty piece of junk and end up with a premium piece of art. Though if you plan to do a lot of customizing then there's really no gain in buying a complete rifle unless you can get a fantastic deal on it.

My first AR was a Daniel Defense M4V5, then I sold it to fund a custom build based around the custom engraved lowers that Motiuk has unfortunately stopped offering. It was a sweet deal, I have an AR that's unique in all of Canada at the very least. I'm sure someone somewhere has the same combination of parts, but they don't have my logo engraved on the side ;)

Also, it's relatively straightforward to refinish an AR in whatever colour you desire. Look up Arma-Coat

I am currently doing research on ARs. The Sigs have caught my eye and I like their piston design, however, piston designs are typically proprietary so swapping parts and fiddling is limited. If you just want to run stock - that SIG is a sweet gun for the money. Not sure how warranty and parts are - never dealt with IRUN guns and I'm not sure if SIG pistol dealers can warranty SIG ARs. If you stick with the original direct gas impingement, there is more interchangeability - please correct me if I'm wrong.

I had the pleasure of shooting a few new and used ARs recently and my favorite was the DD Mk18 with 10.5" barrel. Softest shooting and tightest groups. I'm in no hurry and enjoying the research, but if I had to buy one right now, it would be the DD. Local sales and support, parts, warranty, and performance.
