im new to this site, just thought i'd get to know you guys somewhat, where abouts are you guys from and what the craziest kind of hunting have done....
Phil

I am a professional Trapper licensed to take specific native fauna (kangaroo's), I operate out of the Riverina in New South Wales Australia.
Shooting bores me to tears, but hunting gains my attention.
J Stuart.

I'm from the Fraser Valley and i can't find the time to go hunting, i was lucky to get the time this year just to take the hunting knowledge test and get my license! Welcome and good luck!

Im from southern ontario and the wildest stuff I do is hunting whitetail fawns over corn bait
LMAO. And Todd, don't forget about your passion for the Benelli Argo semiauto ;) :D

Hi phil03. I'm from BC and the craziest stuff for me was hunting grizzly alone with a .45-70 Marlin GG and heavy cast handloads. I've since grown wiser. Now I use a .338 WinMag

Corn fed-fawn : much better eating than them 'ol central BC coyotes & gizzly bears ! :D LMAO too !

P.S. Don't need "bait" corn actually grows almost everywhere
in S. Ontario. That's why them fawns and "dry" does taste so good. Much better than gamey 'ol mulies.

Dave, it takes a bit for people to become accustomed to the idea that what is said not only is not personal but generally has no meaning, certainly not in the manner of face to face inter-personal contact.

Phil, the best way to think of it is to compare it to being outside a pub full of drunks, all of whom are having a whale/wail of a time, occasionally an absolute gem will be heard above the din making the whole effort worth-while.
Most of us use the forum to chat with others whom we would not otherwise meet in life.....simply an escape from reality.
J Stuart.

Ps, in my case it is so that I do not have to think about shooting mongrel 'roo's.

Welcome to the gunnuthouse.....I'm from N. Sask. and shoot and hunt most days of the year, if not out I'm making bullets or reloading. so if you have any questions on any of that pm me, also if you have any questions on Sask. hunting opportunities.
