New to Wolverine Supplies - Trapping Supplies

I'm far from a anti. But 5 yrs. ago in northern B.C. I was listening and watching when the trapper was showing his otter to the First Nations guy and his son. They called him on it.
The otter's teets were full of milk. First week of May.
The First nations fellow also said how his grandfather use to loose all his wolverine to grizzly's. Then I assume leg hold traps only? A easy meal for a bear.
2 yrs. later same time of year I didn't see either of the trapper's. Animals probably all gone...

trapping season is far from over May, both legally and ethically...there are people who break the rules just like any other hobby/line of work. Most of the wolverine trapping I've seen have been snares or deadfalls. No one wants a live wolverine in their trap. I've seen folks loose their martins and mink etc to wolverine, dead animals in a trap, free meal.

Do you have any suggestions for us on what you would like to see, lines, wire, certain snares? I am looking for some input on her!

Sorry, just saw this.... If you want to be seen as a versatile shop, you pretty much have to carry Ram's full line. Not that it is too difficult as they only have 3 lines plus replacement snares and triggers. They have some other neat stuff as well, spring supports and feet that make setup easier in odd terrain. I would also suggest carrying the Ram snaring book, it is very helpful to the new user.

You guys know what you are doing... Just carry the basic 3 and replacement parts and restock accordingly. Won't take you too long to see what is popular. I am guessing the Ram 2 and Ram Wolf will be two of your biggest sellers.

Hello Wolverine, just wondering if you also carry lures such as wolf urine. I would like to see if it will keep raccoons and neighbours cats out of my yard. Cougar urine might attract the cats. Thanks.

Great on you guys for expanding your product line!! Some # 1 long spring stop loss would be a good sell. Long time trapper here.

So, how does that work?... you put some bait on the plate on the back and when the badger gets up there and nibbles on it the string yanks the trigger and the badger is killed by the recoil?..... :)

you unclip the bait plate as it is on the butt for storage. Bait it and place it in the hole where the shotgun is pointing. badger grabs it and pulls it, shotgun goes off...
