Received and tried it. For me it's almost a Godsend.
I received the All-in-one tool before this past weekend.
I went home and before even having dinner, I had to try it out.
I have had my Ruger Hunter Mark III 22/45 for a bit less than three years and I probably never disassembled and re-assembled it more than five or six times. The very first time I did it, I had three Youtube videos on my desktop, a laptop and a tablet, plus three of four printed pages from the Manual and from posts here on this forum (where Bullseye has been a tremendous tutor and sensei.)
In the past all those dis----- then assemblies, were always around the 2 hours mark (and at least 1.5 lbs .................. lost in sweat. (and the first few ones resulted in my putting the parts aside in a box, in order to take them to the ONLY gunsmith in Ottawa). I never did, though. I'd always go back and try and try and cry and try again.
I also never managed to do it without a plastic punch and a rubber mallet.
I did a quick review of the tool-less process (which I hadn't done in over a year), a quick review of the video produced by The Right Tool Company LLC and did the whole shebang in less than five minutes. I did it twice, to be sure that the first time was not a coincidence.
No punches, no hammers/mallets needed. I didn't have to wash my mouth out with soap afterwards.
BTW, I'm not shilling for that company or tool and I'm not on any kind of "reward" but my advice is that even those Ruger Mark Series owners who say that they can do the disassembly and reassembly with their eyes closed in under a minute, is to get the tool. You'll break your own record. Specially those who are maintenance officers in their ranges where they have a number of Ruger Mark Series I, II, III or 22/45. This will turn a chore into a pleasant task.
I have done this only on my 22/45, however I feel that it will work on all the Mark Series, as per the Manufacturers/Inventors claim.
