New Toy, CZ P10 C, suppressor ready

I have had my P10C for a while now. Ran it the full season. Been a great pistol so far.
My only complaint is that I have a pin that constantly walks out. (Need to check it almost after every stage or run)

So, it turns out that pic of the full size is correct. They've changed the gun significantly since I played with the full size, most especially the mag release, which may be a running change across the board for all P10s, it is still lefty friendly, but will require a swap over to make it so. Also looks like all of them may be optics ready too

I just ordered mine from a local store. I played with the demo gun at IWA 2 years ago, the production one I gotta see at the dealer has a trigger that is heavier than I remember. I haven't wanted to buy a new handgun for 3 years but this peaks my interest - all the good things about Glock ergonomics but none of the bad. I got ridiculous small hands, and this is one of few guns I can see that I will run with success.

I hope they will eventually make an optic-suppressor ready version of the P10C, like the FN 509 tactical.

I have 2x P-10c's from IRG and have thousands of rounds through em. More accurate than me, easy to control and the trigger is fantastic. 4lb pull and with an HBI theta trigger installed, most of the take up has been removed.

Where was the HBI trigger purchased from? Thanks

I've been looking at these for quite some time and I was wondering if they come with regular three dot sights or tritium?
What is so weird about the mag release?

Son of a....I just sent mine out for milling:). Good for CZ for recognising the needs of the market.

I think mine might have been the first p-10c milled for an RMR in Canada. Red Tower Armoury in Ajax did a great job with perfect fitment. Just make sure that you buy a sealing plate as well. The RMR hangs off the sides of the slide by a mm.

The ones in Canada are the suppressor ready models and come with suppressor height, tritium sights.

The mag release starts off a little stiff but works in well after a few hundred rounds. Same deal with the slide catch.

Love the P10 and I've shot a fair amount out of some test guns state-side. But the triggers on the ones I've shot are not as good as the PPQ's I own.
P10 Triggers are good, just not as good as the PPQ's in my experience. Very nice guns but in the end I wouldn't trade my PPQ's for one.

That's who's milling mine, good to hear. They said they had three in the shop right now, popular mod.
Sealing plate, check.

A linear compensator would look cool but completely counter productive on a pistol.
Will there be an optics ready version coming out soon?
Would be nice to have suppressor ready and optics ready in one package.

This is a very busy market niche and CZ is late to the party. If the trigger is good but just average and mag and slide releases have to work in before they are considered good then the gun is going to have to have some other redeeming factor to make a splash.

Of the strikers I own the best trigger by far is the PPQ, I have the Match and the M2 5". Aside from colour they are the same trigger. Next would be a close second in the X Five SIG followed, again closely, a MP Pro with the Apex Competition kit. Nothing I have heard about the P10 suggests the trigger is in the same league as the PPQ. No sizzle no buy.

Untrue. Many, many YouTube videos saying the P-10c trigger is comparable to the PPQ. With the HBI trigger shoe, I feel it is even better.

Hi Bob,
Are the canik triggers similar to the Walther ones? Or are the Walther ones simply the best striker triggers?

For the P10C owners, do you have any intentions of changing the factory polymer guide rod to an aftermarket steel unit?

Canik are said to be very good as well. As iffy the service is with Walther, the Canik copies of the Walther are serviced by who? I own a Canik copy of the Beretta 92 Compact and it is very good and parts in the main interchange with Beretta. I have no idea who services the Caniks here in Canada.

Parts break, one reason why I bought the SIG X Five. SIG stands behind their product. I was disappointed to learn the Walther warranty is only for two years and then only to the original purchaser. Good pistol not so hot warranty. That said I got good service out of North Silva but it all was on my dime for the M2 5" I bought from a fellow used.

I would hope the P10 trigger is better than the P09. The P09 I shot had a pretty average trigger. The P 10 being striker fired should be an improvement.
