That is a really nice looking rifle and I am sure it will be everything you want it to be.
There is enormous talent both in manf and assembly of rifles for both tactical and competition right here in Canada. Go with what floats your boat but don't sell Canada short just because they don't get alot of US press.
As a word of caution, if that rifle will move backwards 10" during firing, not only will you not be able to spot your own shots, you will likely have a broken collar bone or worse when shot prone.
From shooting alot of big boomers, I can tell you that it is not easy to spot your own shots with this high of recoil off a bipod. The muzzle brake design looks ok but it is still going to push quite a bit.
The only way to know is to make noise and hopefully, a full report will follow in time. have fun...
