New toy

I shoot lead with mine all the time and no issues. 147gr cactus plains lead. The groups that i get typically at 25 yards are 2-3 inches but I am still learning to shoot. I'm sure the gun is capable of more accurate shooting than that. I have several thousand rounds through mine with not an issue.. I even went 4k rounds with out cleaning it once to see if it would become troubled finally I got tired of a dirty gun, gave up and cleaned it. :)

Great guns, I've shot both the 9mm and .40, both are awesome shooters. A little nicer fit in the hand than some other polymer frames for me.

I'm wondering how you all feel about the triggers. They seem awful long to me. I have an m&p9 and I like it a lot but if there was one thing i could change (in fact the only thing i would change) would be the squishy trigger. It breaks crisp enough but the pull before that is something that took me while to get use to.

The triggers nice to me then again Im used to doubble action automatics so anythings nicer.

I've put over 15,000 lead reloads through mine - no issues. As far as the trigger goes there should be a new sear available from Apex in the next little while that moves the break forward, it will however increase the overtravel. The smoothness of the initial take up can be improved by either replacing the firing pin block with an Apex unit, or by simply polishing the existing one.
