New toy!

Just received my G17 Gen. 4 in the mail! After calling Glock yesterday with the serial # to see whether I am in need of the new RSA I was told that mine is new with a new spring so I'm good to go.
I bought three different types of ammo just to do a little test and see if there are any issues. I don't expect any though.


Winchester White Box 115GR FMJ
Blazer Brass 115GR FMJ
American Eagle 124GR FMJ

I'll be out of commission for the next few weeks but range report and photos will be put up as soon as I get a chance.

Oh and the gun came with three mags, speed loader, 2 back-straps a lock and a bore brush. (I know you know but what about the folks that don't?)

Thanks! Now I have a G21 Gen.3 (a.k.a. Warthog) and a G17 (no name given yet)

Now I don't care what's better, 9mm or .45, I've got both. 8 )

Nice! I got a Gen4 G35 in the mail yesterday to go along side my Gen3 G17. Gen 4 feels much better in the hand for me, and the new RSA smooths out the recoil nicely.

I Love my Gen 4 17 as well, didn't bother to change out my recoil spring.
Over 500 rounds through and not one issue.
