New and New to me toys and Custom made Holsters/Mag pouches

New NP28 1911 A1 Chrome in 9mm with G10 Blue/black grips.



New to Me Para LTC 1911 in 9mm.



New holsters:

I came across a Great CGNer, bushpilotmexico, that does custom leather work as a hobby. From snooping around the site, I also found out bushpilotmexico has another hobby making custom knives.

I contacted Cliff and asked him to make me a couple of holsters for the new toys. Wow, am I impressed!









The Para is a real shooter and the 1911 A1 is for me to customize.

Could you do a left handed holster for a commander length 1911 with a rail? I was going to go for a kydex holster but my 1911 mag pouches are black leather with a basket weave. Might be nice to have a similar holster.

Got my holster from bushpilotmexico a couple of days ago too. Was very impressed with the quality of leather and stitching that he used. And when i slid my Glock 17 Gen 4 into it, the fit couldnt have been more perfect!!! Very happy with the hoktser bushpilotmexico made for me

Nice work! Wish this thread came out 8 wks ago. I ordered a custom leather holster from the States and still waiting.

Very nice work. I've been doing my own leather work for years. Are you hand stitching or machine stitching it hard to tell from the photos?
