Sweet rig Mark. Keep us updated on the performance, scope included. If you need any loads for that rifle let me know I've got a few that work very well in mine.
Congrats
Slavex said:does it already have the two spacers in the butstock? I believe most of the new ones come with them already. The older 22's and 42's didn't (like my 22 for example), and if you are over 5ft 10in you need them for proper length of pull.
sweet rig, one note, don't tighten any of the screws too tight, especially the butt screws, as you can crack spacers doing that.
Also consider getting the Sako bipod, it's expensive, but well worth it. Much nicer than any others, and it looks so good on the rifle.
HKMark23 said:Yep. butstock spacers x 2 came installed and I've got the bipod. The scope sits a little high on the tapered base though and if I go with lower rings I'll have trouble mounting the anti-cant and ACI units. I may have to reconfigure and lower the scope eventually but for now I want to try the cheek piece spacer.
