New Trueshot SKS Front Sight/ Thread adapter & Peep sight Scope Mount In Stock Now!

Does the shortened barrel make any difference to the action cycling?

Or is the pressure drop too little to matter?

(I know some AR-15s have trouble cycling when you switch to a shorter barrel)

No problem cycling at all, interestingly enough my SKS seemed to pick up some better accuracy with the barrel chop, maybe it was the nice crown, or the reduction in weight on the end of the barrel...

Ya, I'd be interested in one already done, I don't have a lathe at my house to re crown and I'm not entirely sure I'd want to bubba the barrel with a 4" cut off disk lol.

I was thinking the same thing, and deburring the muzzle with sand paper? I think I'd rather you guys put one together for me rather than the guy in the posted video lol

Here is the front sight with AK threads built in, $119, It is same plane as the factory sights, so you can mix & match. It will allow you to remove the front sight /Bayo lug assembly. It also uses any AK muzzle brake, & we have a LOT of different brakes in stock!

This looks interesting but I'm a little lost on how it connects to the barrel? Would I have to thread my barrel after the stock sight is removed?
