New Uberti SAA Problem

Hey Guys,
I just got a Uberti "Gunfighter" in .45LC. I got the pistol out of the box and checked the action out. When i pull the hammer back i should hear and feel the 4 Clicks right? The first does not click and feels limp.The other 2 are good and the 4th feel to be very short. I hope this make sense, I am very new to the SAA and clones.Any idea what could be wrong? The gun is new and unfired.

I don't know if the Uberti really has the classic four clicks. Do you know this, or are you assuming this?
Next, does the pistol function properly or not? That is, do you know what each of the supposed four clicks is supposed to do, and does it actually happen?
Lastly, does the pistol work?

I got 2 revolvers, one does and the action seem good, the other not so good.One does have the 4 clicks

Maybe open it up and clean it out. If they are using a grease on the internal parts it may be damping the first click enough that you can't hear it.

It almost sounds like the sear is too short, assuming they are designed just like the Colt.
