1) On the Jaeger 10 can you use the iron sights with the picatinny rail in place?
2) Do you stock the semi auto Haenel - SLB2000+?

Yes sir it indeed does come with a single set trigger and a picatinny rail. Go ahead and order away!!

I bought one of these from wolverine about a year ago in wood.

Super happy with it, was looking at the t3 hunter

And yes you can use the sights with the rail attached.
