That aint an AR lower. Looks similar, but theres no way thats just a standard lower. Not that it will make a difference, but look at the modern hunter, very SIMILAR to an AR lower, but not the same and therefore was NOT classed as restricted.

But, if it can be swapped for an AR lower... what does that mean? The actual SIG lower wont WORK with a standard AR upper as it does not have or have allowance for a buffer system. So it would be impossible to mate the sig lower with a standard AR upper. BUT... the sig upper (which is NOT a classified part of the gun) can be mated to an AR lower. BUT... again... the upper is not the issue.

IF the lower was compatible with a standard AR upper it would certainly be classed as restricted. But because it can't work with an AR upper it COULD be non restricted with a proper barrel.
