New Web Site for Ithaca Owners

Thanks for posting! Just found an owners manual for my ithaca model 37 and disassembled it. Going to refinish the forend and stock.

Joined up last night. I have an Ithaca 900 (SKB 900XL gasser) on the way. I will be looking for a Model 37.:)

The Model 37 Ithaca is a great shotgun.I have two, a 12 gauge and a 28 gauge.

28 gauge - is the pistol grip on the 28ga M37 as deeply curved as it looks on the Ithaca site? I'm very interested in a Featherlite model, however, the grip design of the stock is not all that appealing.

Hello Ahsan. The grip feels good.It is the same as on my 12 gauge Model 37 manufactured in 1973.I believe the smaller size frame gives the 28 gauge Model 37 the more deeply curved look.

If you want, Ithaca will at extra cost, put a straight grip on the 28 gauge Model 37 if you order it.

The Ithaca Owners Forum, in my opinion, is off to a very slow start. Participation hasn't increased much in the past few months , thus nothing really new gets posted about Ithaca guns. And questions that do get asked don't get any replies. Don't know if this is because there are not enough members that know about the various models over the years or are people just not responding. There is more to Ithaca than the model 37 so hopefully the forum useage increases.
