That's impossible. The distributor doesn't even have them yet.

Nope. They kept the first 10 for testing, and the next shipment is due to come in today after many delays.

Not if it's built like an AR180. The carrier doesn't go back into the buffer tube either so not really something to worry about. This is not an AR-15 and shares almost nothing with one in the operating system.

That's probably why there is so much meat behind the handguard. (and yeah, the back of the handguard is very ugly)

If you rebarrelled it to 7.62x39 you'd have to source a bolt that would fit the carrier.

Probably new magwell and mags as well, 7.62x39 has much more taper than 5.56.
