On a good day one MOA but on average one MOA+. I have shot sub MOA 5 shot groups from a sandbagged rest but can not repeat this on a regular basis. Expect 1.25 to 1.5 MOA.

difficult to say as I have not personally shot them side by side, I would expect the heavy barrel to shoot slightly better than the light barrel but a lot depends on barrel temp. barrel life largely depends on operating tem and how the barrel is looked after.
