Well I finally got my new XCR-M so I got to cleaning it so I could go to the rang with confidence that the fire arm has been properly lubricated .Well it would appear that the rifle has fired and not cleaned .All internals were dirty .Has anyone else had this problem ?

Test firing to make sure it works is one thing. From your post, it sounds like you think that a lot of rounds were fired through it?

Pics would help.

It looks like more than just a few test rounds most rifles are cleaned after test firring I have never received a rifle that needed to be cleaned as this one did.I have purchased many Ar type fire arms and have not ever came across something like this the rifle is very nice but I must say I am disappointed that it was delivered in this condition , but look forward to finding out what kind of accuracy I can ring out of it

I've never bought a rifle that didn't need to be cleaned.

Likely test fired at the factory.

OP, you're on the Main Battle Rifle forum....our guns come dirty from the factory. Maybe on the Black Rifle forum they get clean guns...but the only filthy rifles are usually on the Red rifle forum :)

...you knew it was coming, right?

If a brand new firearm is shipped clean there is something wrong with it. Should be coated in nasty grease to keep it from rusting. To the OP, suck it up buttercup.

The guys at the gun shop spend most of their day cleaning guns before they can display them. You would be supprised how filthy a brand new gun is out of the box.
