New XCR Owners

what a combo if you got some of those new LAR legal 10rd .223 ""pistol"" mags for the XCR. mmmmmmmmm.. unrestricted 10 rnd gopher killer!! just wish i had gotten in on the first batch of XCR's, I'll get one on the next shipment.

Aren't pest control/varminting and hunting two different things? I'm probably the last guy you should ask about hunting regs, but I don't think you need any kind of hunting permit to kill gophers as long as you have permission from the land owner.
 
Pests don't have hunting regs, basically.

You can shoot them year round with what ever you damn well please. 10,000 round belt feds are best for gophers.
