hi guys, i'm trying to switch out the calibre bushing from 223 to 45, the aluminim one that supposed
to unscrew but i can't get it to budge, already bent the allen wrench trying, sprayed some lube on it &
nothing, any ideas?

These bushings are prone to deformation - relatively soft aluminum. Maybe try a long, thin steel rod or screwdriver shaft through the holes to get it to budge, maybe also applying some head to the housing. Otherwise, sounds like a call to Dillon - I hear their tech support is pretty good.

Another idea - get one of those wart removal freezing kits, get a swab really cold, and put the swab inside the Aluminum bushing to shrink it before trying to get it off (I think they go counterclockwise). Otherwise maybe Kroil if it's corroded in there...

hmmmm...all of mine have come out pretty easily and I usually tighten them pretty good
if ya need a hand... sometimes things just take a different set of eyes (or hands lol)... (I see you're in the Niagara region...same here)
try a shorter allen key maybe? something with a little less flex/give. I've got some graphite powder should you get it out and want to try a dry-lube in the future

Eh fellow xl650 ..... I have one as well..... I went throu the same Cacca as you .. for all it's worth stick with Dillion products....I had this die that thing and that thing on my 650..... it made a lot of headaches/problems..... bought all Dillon and now it's smooth as a hairless beaver !!!
Get some of those upgrades too for the bearing so it stops flinging powder....eBay search xl650 or Dillon upgrades
Enjoy any problems shout out on cgn lots of good people on here
