New Zones for Sunday Gun Hunting in S.Ont

You know we never had a law that said you couldn't hunt on Sunday back in SA. But god-forbid if you ever did that. I could never figure out what was wrong with Sunday hunting

Not sure if I understand this right. Does the wrote in areas of Townships mean you can not hunt ? or you can hunt ?

I think the only down side will be a reduction in the migratory waterfowl season by 2 weeks. Not sure about that yet though.

It would have been better if the Provincial gov had taken some leadership and responsibility and made all Ontario open to Sunday hunting. As it stands now we have a checkerboard of hunting areas and it would be very easy to be in the wrong area.

Looks like the eastern township of 60A will be legal for sunday hunting, but not all of it. looks like the townships of Havelock-Belmont-Methun, Marmora & Lake, and parts of Tudor & cashel, Limerick and Faraday.

Hope this helps Fogducker. Hope you can hunt these areas.

I live near the border of two townships in the Leeds Grenville area and Where I live, it's a no hunting on sunday Zone but if I walk less than a 5 minutes down my road, I can put bullets in my gun and shoot a deer. Kinda goofy to me????
