hey, I've never reloaded before, and I'm wanting to know what tools I would need to reload? right now I have a Mosin Nagant (7.62x54r) and a SKS (7.62x39mm). And also, what are some tips? lol, any help would be appreciated

Would you guys entertain starting a thread "What you need to start reloading" and then sticky it. This question gets asked once a week......at least.
