Newb looking for supplies

I just got all my reloading equipment in and setup to start loading 9mm. I'm now looking for good (cheap) places to buy all my supplies. I live near Hamilton.

Being new, I'm still not exactly sure what I want to buy. I know from shooting factory ammo, I prefer 124g bullets, but that's it. After a lot of reading and talking to people at different clubs, three powders were suggested repeatedly. Unique, green dot and titegroup.

The plan is to use my CZ shadow and start shooting IPSC.

Any recommendations on stores to purchase supplies or a good starter load for my shadow would be appreciated.

Learn to setup ur reloading kit, press,dies, you need reloading data which mean a book or 3

I get supplies from bugdet shooters (site sponsor) henry will help you out with what you need


Titegroupe (4gr) is nice powder and have had good results with 124gr

When you do start to reload make a few dummy rounds and make sure they cycle in you gun before moving to live, start with low end work up load as pistol loads arnt as forgiving as rifle loads.

I started out reading the Lyman reloading #49, then moved on to different forums. I found some great threads on setting up your press and setting an OAL that works for your gun. That's the plan for this weekend.
 
Titegroup at 4-4.2 is GREAT, my wife likes those, I prefer 5-5.3 of unique. These may be too hot for a shadow, I use an OAL of 1.135 and that(from what i've read) is too long to reliably feed in a shadow so as you dial back the OAL you have to reduce powder charge.

Located pass the Port Authority gate so you have to talk to security on the intercom first, once in, first left, then see their large yellow silos and warehouse.
A very good local gun store had corn cob media for $24.95 for a small container. Great shop, great guys, shopped there for over 25 yrs but it was a no brainer. Now I have enough tumbler media for me, my son, his son, and so on, and so on...

Welcome Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm, cost for the day is $20.00 including targets.
I'm not a member but I go there and love the 200 yard range, it's all outdoors with covered firing lines, check it out :)

I'm pretty sure Henry at budget shooter supply will have everything you need. If not he can get it for you. His prices are by far the best ive found.
