Newb to Reloading 7.5x55 Swiss

From reading the thread so far, it's very very clear that you know zero about reloading. Please don't try to get around buying a reloading manual. You need it, not just as a first reference, but as something you will refer to again and again.
The Swiss isn't always IN every manual, so be sure to peruse the book before you buy.

I'm surprised no one suggested the Lee Anniversary Kit. It comes with just about everything you need. Buy it, it comes with the Lee Book on relaoding, so you get the how to. It also has data for just about every rifle/pistol round out there.

Buy the kit, get a set of Lee 7.5x55 dies, a 7.5x55 casing lenght gauge/trimmer and pick up a 7.5x55 lee collet (neck size die).

FL size your brass, shot them then neck size them. After a few uses the brass may get stiff, then FL size them, (keep stiff brass separate when shooting).

I have had good success with the Varget and 150 g FMJBT 308's that Hitzy suggests.

My only beef is I find Varget, like all extruded powders meters like ####. I love the H335 and even more the WC735. Unfortunaltely I have not worked out a load for WC735 in the 7.5x55, I use it for 308, 30:06, 7.62x54R, 7.5MAS, 7.7 Jap, 6.5 Carcano and 303 Brit.

powder I use is the surplus powder higgionsons sells (wc735) or somthing like that its close to h335

Now if some one could "share" their WC735 load for 7.5 Swiss I would be thankfull :) I've tried it out but I can only get the correct elevation at 100yards with Varget. I shoot 150g fmjbt, the inexpensive bulk ones from Higginsons.
