Hi everyone, I'm happy to be a new member of this forum! I'm a recent gun enthusiast in Alberta just waiting (18 weeks now, which I already posted about in another thread, sigh) for my PAL/RPAL license to arrive. Husband and I are interested in target shooting and possibly competition in the future, for now just learning the ropes - and someday hopefully soon when I actually get my license I'll be interested in opinions on handguns as I shop for my very first one. 
I always get excited when I see another lady on the range, so I hope there's a good contingent of us on here as well...we can't let the boys have all the fun!
