Congrats on your first bolt action rifle purchase! :d

Do you have a local gun shop near by? This is where the folks at the gun shop can help you out. They likely stock affordable rings for 1 inch tube scopes.
Note: Dimensions listed on Amazon are not necessarily accurate - those look like package dimensions, not what you need for the actual ring height calculation. I don't think that web page gives you the info you need.

You have stated 1 inch tube but your last line of text cites "30mm MED". This is confusing. Also it can be confusing mixing metric in mm with inches.
I suggest doing the calculation starting in metric (mm), and when you have your final height requirement, convert to inches.

Here is an example of how I would estimate ring height requirements:

The scope's lens diameter is 50mm. But the outer diameter of the objective scope bell will be larger with the aluminum material around the lens. I would guess about 3mm per side, so I am guessing the OD is about 56mm-ish.

Divide that by 2 for the ring center line - 28mm

You need to add at least 2mm clearance from the barrel, so 28 + 2 = 30mm for half height.

Ring height is cited in several ways, e.g. top of rail base to bottom of ring inner base (bottom of scope tube); or top of rail base to center of ring diameter (where the top cap meets the bottom cap).

The 30mm ballpark height example above is for the latter, i.e. top of rail base to center line of ring. 30mm = 1.181 inches.

If the ring height is cited to the bottom of the ring base (bottom of tube), then subtract half of 1 inch diameter in mm, i.e. 24.5/2 = 12.7mm. Therefore 30mm - 12.7mm = 17.3mm, or 0.681 inches rail base to bottom of scope tube.

This is just an example based on a guess for OD of the scope, and without knowledge of the slope of the barrel and its distance lower than the top of the scope mounting rail. In other words, don't go by these numbers exactly! But this is a straight forward example of how to do the calculations based on how the ring manufacturer cites their ring heights.

But what I am trying to say is, the above quick calculations (1.181 inches, 0.681 inches), looks different than the numbers you were citing. :)

Best to go to your local gun shop - they will help you out with a good set of rings that will fit your budget.

Best wishes for enjoying your new rifle and scope!
