Newbie of course...

Hi all I am new here, why else would I post. I was raised around firearms of many types, hunting, target and so on... I do have my PAL restricted and non as well as experience with both (past job wise for the restricted).

Anyway, a friend is offering to sell me a Glock 22, 40.cal S&W with about 600 rds through it, and im looking at getting back into the sport of pistol shooting that I was when I was a teenager. I am hoping that some of you can provide me some insight as to a fair price, he doesn't want to rip me off.

What would you all pay for such?

I'd appreciate your help!

Welcome to Gun Nutz. I would think the Glock might be worth around $650.00, depending on condition --perhaps a bit more if the original case and paperwork are included.

hello and welcome fellow gunnut
rfo1 suggested 650$ for the glock<
but if you check the supporting dealers website, blue line acitivities has the glock 22 for 700 $
you should add taxes and shipping, which would probably make you pay around 750
so you can do the math and see how much you should pay
the lowest priced glock 22 ive seen went on equipment exchange for 300$ but it was sold in a few minutes (2 or 3)

Welcome to the forum Jeepers !

Like mardig88 mentioned brand new Glock 22's run in the $700 to $750 range, in my opinion $600-650 is a good price. Since it is a friend make sure he is happy with the price he sells it to you at. $650 would be my limit, anything more and I would buy a brand new one from Frontier Firearms for $719 shipping included + GST

No matter what you need to have a pistol !

Sabre ~!
