newbie question on m38 swede

Just picked up a sporter from a guy on here. looks like one of the rifles tradex sometimes has.

how do you drop the floorplate? i'm stumped.

Push in the button just in front of the trigger guard.
Slide the floorplate back a touch and it will pop out of the groove in front.
It takes a bit of effort, but it is much easier the second time.
