Hey everyone,
I am a newbie to gun ownership, and this forum as well. Im from Winnipeg, Manitoba. My gun knowledge is pretty good, and I have a decent knowledge of history. This is my first time looking to own my own firearms, and learn all of the tricks/etiquette of the hobby. I am looking to mostly do target or long range shooting, and im looking at centerfire bolt action rifles to start. From my previous knowledge and love of World War history I'm leaning towards a decent Mauser k98 for my first gun (if i can find one for a reasonable price). Any advice or tips from veteran gun owners is appreciated!
Thanks!
