Newcon verses US Night Vision?

Check them out at SHOT, seemed decent quality, the housings are Made in North America tubes are from Russia. I know you can get Gen3 American tubes in Canada, they might come at a slightly increased cost.
Victor at TNVC said while their website says absolutely no exports the leg work can be done. I'd rather by American than Russian but it's up to you.
Newcon devices looked fairly crisp but we were in a well lit convention hall, hard to say without taking it down to those out in the boonies no moon nights. Or inside a darkened warehouse in the middle of the night.
