I am thinking of getting 2000rds of loaded Norinco 9mm for $500. CanadaAMMO says it's reloadable. Figure I'd then have enough brass for reloading, for quite some time. Or would I? Anyone now how this new Norinco brass would stand up to multiple reloading. Should it be as good as the American brass. Does the quality of brass differ much, between the various American manufacturers?

I've reloaded the 9mm Norinco brass, the stuff with the triangle on the casing. The flash hole on them are randomly undersized, kind of like those S&B cases. It wont' just push your decapping rod up, it'll stick to the brass, making it double annoying.
The other problem I had with the ones that actually resized was durability, they'd split after a few firings. The primer pockets would be loose/tight.
It wouldn't be lying to say they're reloadable, but it's not something I'd recommend. I'd do it if I didn't have buckets and buckets of winchester brass in my gun room.
If you weren't in Ontario I'd send you 1000 brass just to save you from the headaches.
