Newly Parkerized Grizzly 870

A couple shots of a newly parkerized Grizzly 870. The bolt and a few other internal parts parkerized near black (due to their hardness I guess) while the rest parkerized a nice even gray. A Vang Comp safety is installed, a Choate follower and a side saddle. The alloy trigger plate is done in Aluma Hyde II OD green and the trigger and action bar lock are done in Gun Kote OD green which the rest of the gun will get when I have time. Bead sight is removed and will be drilled and tapped and a tritium bead sight installed. Parkerizing solution was Lauer Zinc solution.

Very nice finish... I've been thinking about Parkerizing my Norinco HP9-1... Where did you get the parking solution?

Parkerizing solution

The Lauer parkerizing solution was picked up for me down in the States. I think there's a Canadian supplier for Radocy parkerizing solutions (haven't used it but heard good things about it), can't remember the supplier though.
