The goal with armor is to develop it to be light as possible, while matching or exceeding the standards that are set for it. Our R&D team is always pushing that boundary and are proud to open up custom orders to our new stand alone, multicurve,

SHOCKEZE trauma pads is made of a military grade composite PU material we specifically developed for the absorption of high kinetic/impact energy mitigating Back Face Deformation. It is ultra-lightweight, low density, low rebound rate, high tensile strength, and high tear resistance. The pads can maintain it’s shape even under prolonged pressure, with a recovery rate of over 98% after long-term compression. The material is capable of absorbing thermal energy (up to 50 degrees Celsius) without causing irreversible deformation, is breathable, and can be machine washed and air-dried for long term and repeated use in all environments.
