"There was a murmur across the room when Waffenschmiede Sauer and the tractor manufacturer Fendt presented a rifle on the Federal Hunting Day on 7 June, as the world has not yet seen.

In close cooperation, the traditional agricultural machinery manufacturer from Marktoberdorf / Allgäu and Germany's oldest hunting weapon manufacturer from Isny created a so-called themed rifle, which perfectly miniaturizes the number one among large tractors to the well-known bolt action rifle. All details about the auction S404 "Fendt 1050 Vario" can be found here: "

This links to auction site, not for the faint of heart. getting close to the price of the Fendi tractor.

Would be as if John Deere and Winchester collaborated on a rifle.

I almost hurled. The tractor ain't pretty either. The front end styling on both remind me of Remora fish. Ugh.

My neighbor immigrated from Germany and brought one like that with him. Guess he's not a John Deere man. Always wondered why Frankonia won't ship to Canada, they have some neat stuff.

Grizz

The farmer where I shoot gophers has a FWA 500 hp Fendt painted in Challenger colours. Front axle is on suspension, as is the cab. He was pulling his air seeder with it when I was there. He loves the tractor. Constant velocity transmission saves the jerky shifting like the bigger John Deere tractors. He also has two big two track JD.

The rifle is out of my realm. :p. However, if I owned one of those nice big Fendts, I might go for a rifle too.

I drove one a while back, they did not have the funky hood at that time.
It was like driving a Roll's compared to the usual tractors we have here, air ride, smooth, and damn expensive, most of my stuff came from auction sales, but it was fun to drive.
The gun ,I would take it, but being a cheap bugger , LOL.
I don't think the 8N /9N power will cut it, but they are great tractors
