DING DING DING! We have a winner!
I will need to find a center bore end mill cutter now and then shape the butter knife style (mannlicher) handles, I had four cut slightly different to figure out what profile I like best, will have to shape them a bit too as they are just profiles from the waterjet place.
They are shaped so I will need to notch the stock a bit more on my savage model 16 but will get the bolt handle further from the scope and tighter to the stock, they are thicker then the stock handles to eliminate the spacer for that thrust bearing savage lift kit. I have alot of shaping to do as well, but should be quick enough with sanding belts.

Not bolts no, but these handles are for my left handed rifle if that's what you mean? They are to be left handed, but I may not mill the centers on a couple so I can use them on a different right or left hander later. The side that I cut (drill) to enlarge for the bolt to slide into decides wether they are left or right if that makes any sense.
Just to finalize this thread, I got one done just an hour ago and was happy with it so I took a bunch of pictures, here's some "pre mod pictures" to show the bolt knob throw, much too tight to the scope for my liking:

and with some krylon on it:
better bolt throw, Im much happier with it, I tend to cycle the action with the side of my index finger, and this works much easier then grabbing the bolt knob, and although it protrudes a pinch more then I was intending, Im quite content with it now:
If anyone wants to make their own your welcome to PM me and I can email the CAD file I used and they can order some from a machine shop with a waterjet, I ordered 4 from clear cut metals in Calgary for $20 a pop. You will need a fancy bit to drill the center out, and you will have to figure out what thickness you want, I made mine thicker to eliminate the spacers for the "bolt lift kit with bearings" and you will also need to do at least a couple hours worth of filing or sanding and shaping, I used a belt sander for alot of the shaping and no fancy lathes or milling machines. These were cut in 6061 aluminum so I could shape them quickly in comparison to steel or SS.
