NIB Rem LVSF .223 Whats it worth...?

Theres a semi-local to me shop in Leamington ON that is high on all of his prices. He has 2 in the shop an LVSF in .221 fireball for $1100.00ish and a .223 for 75-100 bucks more. I think he is on glue with all of his prices as they typically run 2-300 dollars hot. Another opinion for you...

The fact that the LVSF is now discontinued may increase it's value.
