Wouldn't touch one by either Century or Globco. Century assembled rifles out of parts bins without bothering to ensure the headspace was ok. Globco wasn't much better. PH knew what they were doing though.

This makes me want to take my Parker Hale out the safe and fondle her. :p

Nice looking sporters - even the milsurp purists can't get mad about these. Or can they????

I have various PH and churchill no3 and no4 sporters. Victoria was the place for sporter no3,s and vancouver was the place for no4,s. At $50.00 per gun....who could go without. They are guns from canada's sporting past...

theres STILL alot of them out in the field doing what they do best-putting meat on the table.I've got a really nice PH, and US made savage with the nicest wood I've ever seen and parkerized metal work, and now I'm awaiting canada post for a p14 I bought off EE

Here's my Sporterized No4 Mk1 Savage converted by Century Arms (and parkerized, too :D )

I added the RamLine stocks since I am not a wood stock kinda guy! ;)

Cheers,
Barney

I have one of those "money pitt's by special interest arms 7.62x39
Since the rifle was bubba'd when I got it, (barrel and wood chopped) no complete rifle was harmed. AND it has the same type of synthetic stock.
