Got this one this morning. Been out a lot and only seen maybe a dozen or so. They are always on the run and a long way out. This guy was out about 180 yards. Last time I got one was almost exactly 2 months ago on March 16th.

Nice job. I got a big male last night. About 35lbs. That is large for this area. 170 yards with a 75gr hp from the 243.. 3 Spins and a 30 yard dash into the bush. My brother got the shot on video but I won't get it back for a couple of weeks. i will try to post it then.

nice shooting. only seen a couple out in the fields laitly
 
Nice job. Almost got one yesterday that was going after the local feral cats. I didn't get a good safe shot at him before he ran off.
 
Around here right now, they are so highly educated....as soon as they see a vehicle they high tail it and nothing stops them. I was done for the morning, only seen two about 650 yards and running already. I gave up to go fishin when I seen this one standing there. I stopped and got out and to my surprise: He was just slowly walkin away. As to post #5, same as others that responded: WTF????
