Nick on the bolt of my 22/45 *pics*

Having done the "special order" thing a couple of times... dealing the weeks (and months!) of waiting time. I'd pay $50 extra from any other shop to "have it now."
 
Like the others here have said, the nick is cosmetic and shouldn't be a problem. Those bolts are overbuilt and strong!! I bought my MkII from Reliable as well. FWIW, Reliable is a family run business that has been in the same location for over 50 years. It sounds like you've done your research, no regrets, eh? :)
 
That nick is probably nothing but there is a problem with Mk II and Is if you let the pin that retains the firing pin in the bolt drop out while disassembled. The firing pin will mar the breach possibly ruining the gun. This may not be the same in a MkIII.
