Question for you gents (and ladies too), I can't seem to find the answer in the various posts......

What is the legality of the use/ownership/posession of Night Vision Binoculars?? Not the $200 Crappy Tire Monocular ones, but I am talking the real deal, military version that are simply amazing in the dark???:D :D

I am thinking about getting a pair for scouting during predator season (when the coyotes are only moving during the night..)

assuming they aren't stolen, i don't think there are any restrictions over owning them... in fact there have been a few sets for sale in the Exchange forums... not cheap tho, several grand each as i recall
