Nightforce CH3 reticle problems?

Hello,
I've got a NF BR model w. a CH3 reticle, the one with the fine x-hairs and the floating dot. Upon illumination the dot and one x-hair illuminates. Only the dot is supposed to illuminate. Anybody else have a similar problem, or maybe it is just mine!
 
Guess I'm the only one.
Anyways, after contacting Peter D. of Hirsch Precision, who connected me with the good folks at NightForce USA, I was able to get the problem resolved. Thanks to Peter for his assistance and the guys at NightForce. Peter is a great guy to deal with and supplies excellent products for the descriminating shooter.
