There is an interesting thread on Benchrest Central discussing exactly why there are so many of these scopes up for resale. The main complaints are about the eye relief and size of the eye box and the lack of reticle choices and the size of the dot in the reticle. For benchrest guys the size of the eye box does not allow them to maintain a sight picture using free recoil, probably not as much an issue with a hard hold. The 1/8 minute dot is apparently larger than advertised and does not allow for accurate hold offs on long range targets with smaller X rings. There seems to be no issues with the optical quality or tracking.
