Just wanted to post a positive comment here....
I have been a NF user for some time now and have tried another top brand but came back to NF primarily based on money spent to what you get.
I sent an email inquiry to them for a general question on some specifiations.
Their website indicated high volumes and to expect delays. Within 4 hours I had a phone call from their tech line with my answer. I was very impressed with their follow up in times where you are lucky to get a reply at all from some companies.

To be expected. Part of the price of the scope is a well designed warranty and support program, the rest goes to an excellent product that you should not need warranty for excepting extreme circumstances.

I sent them a question regarding product registration. Wasn't as quick an answer as you got, but it covered everything nicely
