I just received a NIB Nighthawk Custom GRP from foxbat. All I can say is, holy ####! This is the nicest 1911 I've ever seen! Will try to post some pics (although my camera sucks).
 
Here's a couple of pics. I've got a low-end camera, so I am not sure pics do it justice. The fit and finish is superb. I think I'll replace the gator-back grips with a set of Nighthawk alumagrips.

Enjoy your new GRP. The only challenging part, is those adjustable rear Novak sights, they are not the normal Novak cut. They are a propriety cut and it makes your options on a replacement/favorite slim. I think TSE would of been better to bring in there Nighthawks with the standard Novak low mount cut, that leaves the door wide open for people to have the widest selection of replacements if desired. The industry standard for sight cuts, is the low mount Novak.

They are custom built. Order whatever you want. And of course Nighthawk does support their products so if you want to replace the sights for some reason, 'm pretty sure a quick call to them would facilitate things regardless of the dovetail cut.
 
Snapped off a few more pics. Haven't fired it yet. I love this gun, but am thinking of putting it in the EE, and getting a commander length Wilson or another Nighthawk. I prefer the shorties.

As luck would have it, our next shipment is due in a couple months and will include mostly Talon II Bobtails. 9mm, 40S&W, 10mm and 45ACP.
