I had dealings with Nikon where a scope needed replacement or repair, It was a 4x14x40 buckmaster. I had to send it in because the side focus turret quit but, I couldn't find my receipt. I called Nikon and explained the problen and was told to send it in anyway and they'd see what they could do. So off it went, about a week after I sent it off, I get a call from a lady at Nikon asking for my physical address, the next day a courier showed up at my house with a brand new scope in hand. IMO it's hard to beat service like that and their scopes are great quality optics too. I still have that scope mounted on my 22-250 and it's first rate.
