Nikon monarch 3

Hello just wondering if anyone has any information on Nikon monarch 3’s. It’s a 4-16x50 sf with bdc reticle #8834. A fellow cgn has it for sale but I can’t find anything to know if it’s a ffp or sfp.

I would ‘guess’ SFP .... but you could call Nikon Canada or ask the seller if the reticle gets larger/thicker if the power ring is turned up to max power.. if the ‘BDC reticle’ is only regulated (‘Works’) at one power setting .... its SFP

Nikon discontinued them
I have the same scope but with nikoplex reticle. I don't notice the reticle changing sizes.
these have the side adjust for parallax
the rep was a cgn member here but can't remember his handle.
I would say these are SFP but with the spot on app it gives you the ranges at each magnification.

I personally am not a fan of the Nikon BDC reticle but I absolutely love the scope with the Nikoplex and find the spot on app to be quite accurate and real darn handy
for an under 1000 scope it was a good buy.

It's for sure SFP. Ed glass and a solid hunting scope for sure. Great glass and optic.

Apparently Nikon has discontinued scope production. Apparently they're still going to warranty old stuff, but what exactly that means when they can't replace it with a new scope (because they're not making new scopes) is still unknown.

It sucks, I was going to go nikon on my next rifle but now I'm not so sure, might have to just stick with leupold and vortex now...
