Nikon Prostaff 7i Range Finder

Does anyone have experience with this range finder? It seems like a good one for price performance. I have an older Halo Optics and its rather bad.

Quick ranging out to 1200 meters for 400, seems like a good buy. Any other recommendations?

Fast reading .5s with near and far targets is very appealing. I've seen YouTube vids of ranging gophers at 400 and deer at 1000. That is impressive.

I ended up buying one today. Ranges fast and accurate, it's so much better than others I've tried in the price range.

Have you compared it to the bushy dx1000?

I'm looking for a new rangefinder, can you/does it range deer sized shapes at least to 600 yrds?

Also where did you get it and how much?

I got it at reliable for 379 and tax

Yes Nikon is much better.
