Looks like someone has decided to resurrect the LUSA pistol after LUSA USA closed their doors. I wonder if the carbines will soon follow?

I think it was. I believe it was US export regs at the time that were the problem, not the firearms lab. IIRC, at least one of the carbines got in and is in private hands, so there should be an FRT# for the LUSA rifles. Not sure if one was ever issued for the pistols though.

Apparently, Tactical Imports is saying these are MP5 clones now. Did they submit one and get a ruling, or are they just playing it safe?
