Not that easy to get a licence in Lab in the first place. Few licences issued.

No not really. Our quotas have been increasing. Besides I was in Pool 1 and really wanted to hunt that area before it was changed due to the eventual flooding as a result of the Muskrat Hydro project.

A topic for another thread/forum, but what a mess that is going to be. I had higher hopes for Perry Trimper, but he's in such a low priority government department that his voice is inevitably going to be drowned out.
